Today’s Video Hat Yai may be a familiar name to many Northern Malaysians, but not so much to the other parts of Malaysia and Singaporeans. Why? This is because for Malaysians living in KL, Malacca, Johor for example, it is more convenient to fly to Bangkok or Phuket than it is to go to Hat Yai. As a Malaysian living in Penang, Fran has been to Hat Yai numerous times over the years, with friends and ex-colleagues. To the Penangnites, heading over to Hat Yai for 1-2 nights stay is pretty common. In this video, we will show you the beauty and wonder of Hat Yai, a southern town in Thailand that borders Malaysia.
