Installing a trailer hitch on the Tesla Model S is really not difficult. Since I have a trailer and also need it, it has always bothered me that the Tesla Model S has none and this was also not available as an accessory at purchase. Now I finally got my way and got myself an installation kit from MrDotCom for 1500,- Euro (incl. VAT). The hitch is removable and and without the trailer hook is nothing to see. It is lockable and the socket can be folded behind the bumper when not in use. The installation went easily from the hand and it also works everything on the first try.
