Peanut Cookies | 4 Ingredients Peanut Cookies ( MELT IN YOUR MOUTH ) This easy peanut cookies recipe only need 4 ingredients and you don't need a mixer at all. This peanut cookies is super delicious and will melt in your mouth. I use both cup and grams measurement in my video. Please watch till the end of the video for tips on how to make this peanut cookies. TIPS: 1. You may grind the peanut finely or a little coarsely (individual preference) 2. If the dough is soft, add a little flour. If the dough is hard, add a little oil. 3. After removing the peanut cookies from the oven, let the cookies cool first before touching it. Otherwise the cookies will break easily. 4. Store the peanut cookies in an air tight container. 5. If you don't have metric cups, you may use any small cups to measure the ingredients. But must use the same size cup for all the ingredients. If you have weighing scale you may follow my measurements in gram. 6. Baking time varies from oven to oven.
