We’re doing a full “heart transplant” on this old John Deere 318—pulling the tired, worn-out engine and replacing it with a fresh powerplant to bring this machine back to life. What started as a rough, high-hour tractor is now getting a second chance. From teardown, to engine swap, to reassembly, we’re going all in to turn this thing from barely running… into a reliable workhorse again. And of course, the big moment—FIRST START.
