Tahini rolls: 4 glasses of flour 1/4 freah yeast (10gr) 1 tea glass of milk 1 tea glass of warm water Two tablespoons of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 2 eggs Half a tea glass of sunflower oil For the Filling; 1 glass of granulated sugar 1 glass of tahini Half tea glass of sunflower oil Preparation; We put the flour, sugar and salt in the mixing bowl, mix it and open a hole in the middle. We mix fresh yeast, milk, water, egg and half tea glass of oil starting from the middle, and we get a dough that is soft like an earlobe. If it is too soft, you can sprinkle some flour while kneading the dough. We knead it for 5 minutes. We cover it with stretch film, wrap it in the middle and make it rest for half an hour. Then we divide our dough into five. We roll it out and take it in a plate, cover it with stretch film and make it rest for 15 minutes. We sprinkle flour on the counter and roll it out with a roller as shown in our video. We pour tahini mixed with oil all over the dough. We sprinkle granulated sugar all over. After rubbing, we roll it up in a roll. You can take it into the tray lined with baking paper and press on it if you want, so you can leave it if you want. It is possible to prepare varieties with walnuts and hazelnuts. After spreading the egg yolk, we sprinkle sesame seeds on it. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree until it turns golden brown.
