Queste isole sconosciute nascondono il segreto di Atlantide. "Açores"

Comment and share if you want me to know you enjoyed the video. Welcome to the Azores! 🌍 On this two-year journey into the past, we'll discover a little-known, remote land on the edge of Europe. The peculiarity of these islands is precisely the fact that, according to various theories, they could be the real Atlantis. That's why I wanted to gather all the information I could find, but not only that: I put together different theories, reasoned about the logical connections between them, and understood how much research has been done on the history of the archipelago and how much hasn't. Finally, I translated documents, found online at various historical archives of libraries that scanned page by page documents from the 17th and 18th centuries written in Spanish, Portuguese, and German, and I found the tiny paragraphs that mentioned the Azores. In the case of the German document (from the 19th century), for example, this linked to another document 200 years older in Portuguese, and so on. The islands' administration hasn't responded to me for further information on any historical documents, but I've managed to gather enough online material, never assembled in this way before, to connect the dots and create a theory that effectively explains the possible pre-Portuguese origins of this archipelago. N.B.: I've left out many details and other factors I'm aware of, including only those that are easiest and quickest to explain. My theory, in the video, isn't complete. Here's the transcription of the 1628 "Epitome da historia portuguesa," written by Manuel de Faria e Sousa, a Portuguese historian: "The Goshawk Islands, so called because of the many goshawks that were seen there, are located west of the cliffs of the Sintra region; they are nine very fertile lands. On the peak of a mountain, which they call the Crow, a statue of a man mounted bareback was found, his head uncovered, his left hand in the horse's mane, and his right hand pointing toward the West. It was planted on a slab, and it and the statue were the same stone, and lower down, there were letters on a rock, which were unknown." Interesting? Let me know in the comments! ✍ - 🔧 Sorry for the poor image quality. I didn't have many photos of my own and had to scrabble them here and there. 📹🗺️ For more videos about travel, discovery, creativity, and unpublished stories, follow me and activate the notification bell here on YouTube or follow me on 📷 Instagram: 🌐 Facebook: https://bit.ly/2VKxjun 🍌 TikTok: https://bit.ly/3gaTJjS 0:00 Welcome to the Azores! 5:00 Unsolved mysteries. 10:00 A bit of tourism 12:12 Adventures in the ocean 13:00 Dolphins! 3:15 PM Nature reigns #Adventure #Portugal #adventuretravel #PortugalTourism #Azores #Azores #Atlantic #AtlanticIslands #islandtourism #adventuretourism #adventure #adventuretravel #Portugal #portugaltravel #Portugaltourism #whattoseeinportugal #azoreswhattosee #islandholidays #travel
