Prologue: Last night I was messing around on social media when I received a notification via DM. I opened it and saw an article in "La Sicilia" about a Sicilian entrepreneur complaining about being unable to find competent staff for his business. Yet he offered a regular contract, a salary in line with regulations, and yet nothing. Obviously, the blame lies with young people who are no longer inclined to sacrifice and work their way up, it goes without saying. Since I'm very familiar, despite myself, with this narrative thread that apparently is so popular with the Italian press, I did some research to understand the type of ads and offers this business owner is offering. And well, let's just say the only comment I can think of after analyzing the material is: thank goodness you didn't find anything.
