These little micro mortgage payments will go directly to principal to reduce the balance of the loan. They save a lot of interest over the life of the loan and get us closer to dropping PMI. My goal is to pay off this mortgage faster than 30 years. Right now progress has been slow but we will be able to put more towards this goal in the coming months.
