SANS RIVAL ( How to Make Sans Rival Cake) Sans Rival Recipe
I used the same recipe as my Sylvanas and just added a bit more butter. If you made one before this one should be easy. I made a bigger batch of the buttercream but I end up having a lot extra so I will not recommend making a double recipe😬 I used 1 full sheet Pam to pipe 3 meringue discs and used 1/2 sheet pan for the other two.you can easily make 6 discs but 5 works just fine. Depending on your oven mine takes 40-45 minutes to bake my meringue. Just make sure you check the color of your meringue it needs to be light golden brown and it should be crispy. Use the whites for the Meringue and the Yolks for the buttercream.
