Why you need to take more risk | Steve Haley | TEDxVicenza

Steve leads country programs for humanitarian organizations. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he became a captain in the US Army based at Caserma Ederle (Vicenza, Italy). After a mission in Iraq, Steve left the US Army and completed a Master Degree in Pure Mathematics at the University of Padova in Italy. He then returned to Iraq to work for Mercy Corps, a humanitarian organization. He now leads several country programs for Lebanon, Yemen, Libya and Egypt working with humanitarian organizations to ease the suffering of conflict and helping build businesses to reduce unemployment. In his TEDx Talk Steve explains the importance of taking risks and how this outlook on life has had a crucial impact in his life.
