What can you do when it feels like the world is against you (Dance)

in this video I explain the story behind my choreography piece "Dislike" which stems from my feelings of social isolation during this spring of this year. Instead of wallowing in frustration I created this dance to better understand and process my own emotions which in turn helped me figure out ways to improve myself to move past them.
