LURE MAKING - Rainbow Trout Parr , Balsa Sinking Minnow
My name is Jake Schogler - I make lures! In this video I show you all the steps I used to make this brilliant sinking Minnow / Jerk bait. Weighing in at 18 grams and 4.5 inches in length it will be brilliant for the predators in the lochs! This was another impulsive build but it's come out so well I have to make up some more! Materials used 5.75mm thickness balsa sheet 1mm stainless steel wire ( stiff) 2x 4 gram dropshot weights. 1.5mm FR4 Epoxy Glass sheet Nitro cellulose sealer. Lots of paint Self adhesive aluminium foil UV resin topcoat.
