Agenda Highlights Consent Agenda A. Bills to be allowed in the amount of $602,437.76 and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign the warrant. B. Approval of a noise ordinance variance request for Joe’s Bar, located at 1300 Ford Avenue, from 10 p.m. on June 6, 2026, to 1:00 a.m. on June 7, 2026. C. Approval of a budget amendment request to increase the printing and publishing expense account in the General Fund, Assessor Department, in the amount of $1,015. D. Approval of cemetery deed no. 0342 by and between the City of Alpena and Jennifer Burns in the amount of $755 for block 43, lot 282, for the use and purpose of a burial lot with perpetual care and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign said deed. E. Approval of cemetery deed no. 0343 by and between the City of Alpena and William Lee Calkins in the amount of $755 for block 40, lot 80, for the use and purpose of a burial lot with perpetual care and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign said deed.
