In this session Sri M gives the essence of the Gita and it's relevance and practical application in one's daily life. He draws parallels between Arjuna's despondency towards having to fight the Kurukshetra war and us, human beings who struggle with our daily pressures. Krishna advices Arjuna to take up his bow and face the enemy. Krishna says to Arjuna, "Don't be afraid. Find out your true essence and go ahead because you are not fighting for yourself, you are fighting for dharma". This is the teaching; this is where it begins...."
