TEDxWarsaw - Stanislaw Karpinski - Do Plants Think

Stanisław Karpiński -- scientist, professor at Warsaw University of Life Sciences, whose research in molecular biology of plants, genetics and biophysics has resulted in publication in "Nature" and "Plant Cell". Professor Karpinski will talk about his (and Magdalena Szechyńska-Hebla) investigation on the secret life of plants. TEDxWarsaw is a local, independently organised TEDx event, operated under license from TED. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
