Custom Fitz All Road 30,000 Mile update - Building a New Fork Rene Herse Style
This is part 1 of a 3 part series of update videos on the 2018 Custom Steel Allroad bike built by master frame builder John Fitzgerald of Fitz Cyclez. We're going to be making some updates to the frame and fork. In this first video we go through the build process of making a custom fork with a new fork rake and crown. The dropouts are tab style and the brake mounts are braze on center-pull. This fork will be designed to alter the front steering geometry of the bike. In the next video we will discuss the frame modifications and in the last video we will assemble and test ride the bike.
