** NOW SOLD ** 'Amazingrace is an immaculately presented and well-specified Nautor Swan Class 45, built in Finland in 2003. Founded in the picturesque town of Pietarsaari, Finland, Nautor Swan Yachts has been a market leader in yacht building, blending innovative design with uncompromising quality since its inception in 1966. The Swan Class 45 is the epitome of sailing elegance, seamlessly integrating high performance with luxurious comfort. Designed by the renowned naval architect Germán Frers, this yacht combines market-leading craftsmanship and performance innovation. 'Amazingrace' is hull number 23 and was delivered new into Sydney. Her current owner instructed a significant refit in 2023 with Midcoast Boatyard with the supervision of Nautor Swan Global Service. Some of the works included the replacement of the teak decks with Esthec composite decking, soda blasting of the keel and rudder back to the epoxy then faired and resealed, and the rudder bearings were replaced. In 2019 her standing rigging was replaced, an Ubi Maior Jiber structural furler was fitted and her Hall Spars carbon mast and boom were refinished in clear epoxy. As a three-cabin version, her interior is of the highest quality and in immaculate condition. All of her original Swan upholstery has been stored off the boat when racing and is as new. She has an excellent wardrobe of North upwind and downwind sails and a complete set of B&G sailing instruments.
