Spend the morning with me as I reset my mind, body, and spirit with my 5AM morning routine 🌅🩵 I started my day by making my bed and listening to the Bible on the YouVersion Bible App while getting ready for my morning walk. Today, I challenged myself to run 6KM because I’m working on incorporating 1–3 runs every week alongside my daily walks. After my run, I slowed down with a faith-based book, journaling, meditation, breakfast, and a refreshing shower. I also listened to my Jane Derry Affirmations Playlist, got ready, created content, and started planning my habit tracker in a brand-new journal dedicated to building better habits.
