ANDRIA | “Il Comune calcola male la tassa rifiuti”: l'intervento dell'avv. Di Lorenzo
Il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze ha chiarito che la quota variabile della tassa Rifiuti non può essere calcolata ulteriormente sulle pertinenze di un immobile. Il Comune di Andria avrebbe commesso questo errore e potrebbe trovarsi a dover rimborsare i cittadini per le eccedenze che hanno pagato. A spiegare la questione, l'avvocato Michele Di Lorenzo.
