The Chaos Council Tribute

Mr. Dr. Eggman, Dr. Ready, Deep Doctor, Doctor No, and Doctor Babbling are members of The Chaos Council, a council of alternate versions of Eggman from a different universe. In their universe The Chaos Council razed all the vegetation in their world and built New Yoke City, a city in which each one runs their own district. When they discovered Sonic and what he was capable of doing, they discovered that there is more than one crystal fragment apart from his own and they decided to get the others and conquer the other worlds and neither the resistance nor Sonic will stop them.
