We visit two great Florida State Parks this week, both new to us. First it’s Lake Griffin State Park where we met up with a few subscribers, saw the second biggest live oak tree in Florida and prepared one of our best yet Griddle-Me-This meals. Then it was on to what may now be one of our favorite Florida State Parks… Rodman! Wow! What a jewel and we were so lucky! We got a last minute cancellation for a waterfront site and it was beautiful.
