Conclusiones proyecto IBERICSENSOTRACING FEADER

Within the framework of the Iberic-Sensotracing project, coordinated by ITACyL, innovative environmental monitoring systems have been developed that allow for more effective detection of Listeria monocytogenes in industrial environments. These technologies simulate real-world processing conditions, offering a more efficient and simpler alternative to conventional sampling methods. Furthermore, advances have been presented in the implementation of molecular identification and tracking systems to accurately distinguish between different strains of Listeria monocytogenes, thus improving outbreak prevention and response strategies.
