We are a somewhat unusual couple in our 40s, childless, who became unemployed after giving up on fertility treatment that we had been doing for five years, in order to fulfill our dream of traveling around Japan in a van. This time, we went to Ishigaki Island for a double graduation trip to retire and undergo fertility treatment. We stayed in a slightly unusual hotel, enjoyed the famous B-grade gourmet food, and hope to convey that Ishigaki Island can be enjoyed even on unfortunate rainy days.
