NO REPEAT TRI-SETS | 30-minute Full Body Strength Training

This is an intense 30-minute full-body strength builder! We are using tri-sets to increase full-body definition and strength! a tri-set includes 3 exercises back-to-back-to-back with no rest in between! This workout leaves no muscle group left untouched! We will be training the upper body, lower body, and core with 12 tri-sets. The tri-sets will vary in the muscle groups being worked and we will be using moderately heavy dumbbells to train! This is not only a challenging 30 minutes but a fun structure! 30-MINUTE FULL BODY TRI-SETS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 40lbs / 4.5 to 18kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy!
