Walthers Drehscheibe mit DCC steuern – Advanced Control Modul einfach erklärt
In this video, I'll show you step by step how to install the Walthers Advanced Control Module (ACM) and program a Walthers Turntable entirely through DCC accessory addresses – without using any PC software. Many turntables require additional software for practical operation. The Walthers Turntable takes a different approach: Using the Advanced Control Module, every turntable track can be programmed, addressed, and operated directly via DCC. In this tutorial, I'll show the complete process in a practical and easy-to-follow way, with no prior knowledge of software such as iTrain required. 🚂 In this video you'll learn: • How to install the Advanced Control Module beneath your layout • How to connect the ACM to your DCC system • How to program turntable tracks using the DCC Learn Mode • How Head and Tail orientation can be controlled using Straight / Diverging commands • How to assign a separate DCC address for 180° rotation • A practical operating example with a locomotive 👉 Important: This video intentionally does not cover iTrain integration. The goal is to provide a simple solution for model railroaders who operate their layouts without PC control software. A dedicated iTrain integration tutorial is planned and will build upon the addressing scheme shown in this video. The accessory addresses used here are simply examples for demonstration purposes and can be adapted to your own layout. 👍 If you found this tutorial helpful, please consider leaving a Like and subscribing to the channel. 💬 Do you use a Walthers Turntable or another DCC-controlled turntable?
