How to file the Documents Before Court in a Civil Suit ? Which form is accompanied along with the List of Documents ? How to Fill the form of list of documents /Fard Dastawej 1 Point No.1 Legal Provisions of filling the form of List of Documents:- General Rules (Civil)1986 39. List to accompany all documents when so ever filed. - The list of documents required by Order VII, Rule 14 and Order XIII, Rule 1 of the Code, shall be in the prescribed form (F. 3) and no document, whensoever's produced, shall be received unless accompanied by the said form duly filled up. In the case of a document produced by a witness or person summoned to produce a document, the form shall be supplied by the party at whose instance the document was produced.
