In this episode, Toni Cipriani steals uncounted votes in order to secure Donald's election victory. Episode 61: Counterfeit Count Mission Overview: Toni must follow a ballot van and steal uncounted ballots that are being passed to "couriers" before any of the couriers escape with the ballots while keeping the ballot van in sight. Time Stamps: 🕒 00:00 Go see Donald in Torrington 🕒 01:04 Cutscene: Bad News, Toni! 🕒 01:25 Follow the Ballot Van 1 🕒 02:20 Follow the Ballot Van 2 🕒 02:53 Follow the Ballot Van 3 🕒 03:46 Steal the Unique Ballot Van 🏠 06:05 Return to safe house Mission Notes: The Unique Ballot Van can be obtained with Mission Passed (see below) Do not use a stored vehicle for this mission Couriers can be eliminated by any means necessary This is the end of Donald's mission string (Part 1) Mission Failed occurs if: Making any kind of physical contact with the Ballot Van before the final courier Failing to intercept two exchanges Mission Passed rewards/unlocks: $2,500 Phone call from Donald (occurs after completion of "Munitions Dump" and "False Idols" Donald mission "Love on the Rocks" (after completion of "Munitions Dump" and "False Idols") Special Vehicle - Unique Ballot Van: Keep this vehicle close as Toni wastes the 3rd courier. After Mission Passed has occurred, force it to a complete stop and pull the driver out. This vehicle accelerates slowly and the driver will quickly recover and pull Toni out, so just waste the driver as soon as possible, then drive this vehicle to a safe house garage and store it.
