BONNIE BLUE FLAG by Polk Miller's Old South Quartet BA2175 c1909

BONNIE BLUE FLAG (a tribute to the Confederate flag) by Polk Miller's Old South Quartet, recorded about 1909 and here played from an Edison Blue Amberol cylinder record #2175. Enjoy! Polk Miller was also a druggist back in the post Civil War era. One of the things he did was make remedies for his dog, Sergeant. Other folks noticed how well his remedies were working and asked to get some for their own pets. Thus started the Sergeant's Pet Products company. Cool! (According to Wikipedia) Please note that this was recorded in 1909, well over 100 years ago, yet INGrooves has claimed copyright on this recording. How..??
