MAGIRIRANE (SYMBIOTIC COEXISTENCE) DRAMA is one of the activities planned in the project entitled Community led planning and management for biodiversity protection and resilient communities in the southern of Rwanda ,with aim of increasing awareness on biodiversity conservation and protection. As years go by, biodiversity gradually gets endangered, as a result of mankind activities. Wild animals are hunted thus being killed, forests are destroyed, in fact, generally speaking the environment is targeted extraordinarily. It is therefore In this context that every body ought to change the mindset, thereby rendering us to care for the biodiversity. Within this Drama which was named “MAGIRIRANE” which means (SYMBIOTIC COEXISTENCE) the role of the citizens is focused on, with regard to protect the biodiversity. Some of the citizens who reside near the boundary of NGANZAMARUMBO forest, engage in activities which are harmful to that forest, however, there are others who try to show them that the path they chose is not favorable, thereby explaining to them about the fact that mankind and environment coexist on a mutual basis. It also indicates the necessity of collaboration and cooperation between the citizens, leadership, and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), so as to prevent activities which aren’t biodiversity friendly as uch as possible. IF WE PROTECT ENVIRONMENT THEY TOO WILL BE BENEFICIAL TO US THEREBY GIVING RISE TO SYMBIOTIC COEXISTENCE
