I'm going to share some of the exercises I do to stay in shape and improve my strength, endurance, musculoskeletal system, martial arts skills, flexibility, and more. I practice these exercises very frequently. They aren't all the exercises I do, otherwise the video would be too long, but they are the main exercises I practice that help me stay strong, healthy, and fit, and allow me to continue practicing Kung Fu.
