ALCo DL500 and DL543 from A.I.Rentis to Athens Intl. Airport, October 2015.

The two museum ALCos, DL500 A.302 and DL543 A.326, run again after years on excursion an excursion train that was organised by British railfans. They start their short journey from A.I.Rentis depot and after a 45 minute trip they reach Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". This was the first time that something so unique ran on this new suburban type line to the Airport. Our video starts with a short dedication to A.302 which was repaired and runs again after 6 years and then we move on to the preperation of the excursion trains at the yard. After some minutes oure trains departs from the yard and head to Athens and the Intl. Airport.
