On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Thalisse, Reverent Medium deck from the Magic the Gathering set Commander Legends. Thalisse is a legendary cleric that has a powerful triggered ability of creating spirit tokens for the number of tokens we create each turn. This powerful token deck has a plethora of ways of creating tokens each turn to maximize the amount of tokens that we can make with Thalisse.
