400ex Steering Stem Bushing & Bearings Replacement

I replaced the steering stem bushing and bearings on my 400ex because they were getting pretty stiff! This was a semi hard thing to do esp if you don't have the proper tools to do it. I try to show you as best that I can on how I did it, hopefully it helped you guys if you are going to do the same thing!
