I Tried Gaming on Nvidia’s Most Hated GPU

I tested the controversial RTX 3050 6GB to find out whether it really deserves all the hate it gets. Nvidia released this cut-down version of the RTX 3050 in 2024 with less VRAM, lower performance, and a much lower power limit than the original 8GB model—but its ability to run without an external power connector gives it a unique advantage in certain systems.
