手技TEWAZA「小石原焼」KOISHIWARA YAKI Ceramics／伝統工芸 青山スクエア Japan traditional crafts Aoyama Square

天和2年(1682年)開窯。筑前最初の窯で、当初は中野焼ともいわれていましたが、18世紀前半頃から現在の小石原焼という名称になりました。大型の甕、壺から飲食器の類も多く、昔とあまり変わりのない素朴さが好まれています。刷毛目の大皿、跳び鉋、打ち掛け、櫛目、流し掛けの壺などに特徴があります。 A kiln established by the feudal lord of the local Kuroda clan in the 17th century, at the beginning of the Edo era (1600-1868), was the first in Chikuzen in northern Kyushu.
