The Insta360 Luna Ultra Has a BIG 24P Problem

I’ve been really enjoying the Insta360 Luna Ultra, but I recently found one major issue that could seriously affect creators, filmmakers, and anyone trying to use this camera in a professional workflow. While most cameras that say “24p” are actually shooting 23.976 fps, the Luna Ultra appears to shoot true 24.000 fps. That might sound like a small difference, but when you’re mixing cameras, syncing audio, or editing in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or Final Cut, it can create real problems. In this video, I explain why 23.976 matters, why true 24p is usually reserved for cinema/DCI workflows, and why Insta360 needs to add a proper 23.976 option through firmware.
