Yoga Master Alan Finger leads you through a comprehensive workout of fundamental yoga postures in a work out open to all levels. Accompanying Mr. Finger are four individuals with differing levels of ability, including one that modifies postures for the less flexible. Each posture is explained in detail and a steady, but not rigorous, pace is maintained, resulting in a satisfying workout. However, this is not one I would recommend for the complete beginner, or those that are very stiff.
