I Visited Uxmal and Couldn't Find the Words

I visited Uxmal expecting to see an ancient Maya archaeological site. What I didn't expect was how difficult it would be to find the words to describe it. Walking through Uxmal, surrounded by centuries of history, incredible architecture, wildlife, and the sounds of the Yucatán jungle, was an unforgettable experience. In this short video, I share what it felt like to explore one of Mexico's most impressive ancient Maya cities. We also enjoyed authentic Yucatecan food, explored the beautiful facilities surrounding the site, discovered a surprisingly impressive hotel nearby, and battled more mosquitoes than I can count.
