French Flatty 59A clone Pt 4. Oil Pan Mods. Simplest PCV Ever. Deck Plug and one head on!
Hello! This week I come to a decision about which motor gets worked on. I show the mods that are needed to fit a 59A type oil pan. I show what might be the simplest PCV installation ever for a flathead. This is Mart simple. I then show how I plugged the hole in the deck face, another mod associated with running the French motor as a 59A clone. Finally I fit one of the heads. I hope you are enjoying the build series as much as I have enjoyed working on it. Take care and I'll catch you next time, but in the meantime I wish you a very happy new year. Mart.
