HOOPA CONFINED is actually INSANE in Legends ZA...

So recently in the Pokemon Legends ZA tournament that I played in, I was faced up against a Hoopa Confined that was putting in crazy work! After the tournament was over I remembered that when I used Hoopa Unbound, a lot of people were telling me that Hoopa Confined is actually better. So today we're going to be taking Hoopa into Pokemon Legends ZA Ranked Battles to see if it really is better than Hoopa Unbound.
