Was Rhyno even worth bringing back to the WWE?

Growing up The War Machine Rhyno was one of my greatest wrestlers. He was fun during the Invasion angle in 2001, The Ruthless Aggression Era and TNA Impact! Despite being a big believable dude who the fans were usually behind he never got a World Title run. He came back to WWE again in 2015 but this time he'd end up on the developmental brand NXT instead.
