He has helped open prayer houses and, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, partnered with a prayer partner to invite Pastor William and Pastor Lucille Lau to Malaysia. Together, they organized a healing seminar, and from that gathering Pastor Albert and Pastor Grace Kang were invited—out of which the Elijah Challenge Asia movement was born. Today, the Elijah Challenge style of healing—through bold healing commands and the "Two-hand Punch"—is spreading across Malaysia and Asia. During his vacations, Dr. Thiagan also serves as a medical missionary, traveling throughout Asia, to share the Gospel by freely helping many with their dental problems.
