This AudioSonic MS-201 radio turns out to have been used for years as a fox hunting receiver. This is an aspect of the 27MHz hobby where the goal is to track down a hidden transmitter. It is therefore important that the receiver has a substantial S-meter and an RF gain to take a bearing. It was fun to do once, but I am going to restore this little radio to as original as possible, inspired by The Repairshop. An added bonus: I already had the microphone.
