So what happens when a solo run-and-gun shooter borrows a RED Komodo X for a yoga studio content shoot with no lighting rig and no focus puller? I borrowed a RED Komodo X and a 25mm DZO Vespid lens from a production company I work with regularly to find out if it's actually a practical tool for content creators like me. People doing commercial client work in small teams, on real-world budgets, in less-than-ideal conditions. The footage? Genuinely beautiful. The experience? Complicated.
