Piper Bills original pipes that were played on Sword Beach during D-Day, the 6th of June 1944,are on display in Dawlish Museum,South Devon.The replica pipes made an epic journey from the Highlands of Scotland to Colleville-Montgomery in France for the 70th anniversary of D-Day.Piper Karl Wainwright (23) played a medley including Donals Mc Claine of Lewis,Steamboat,Bonnie Dundee and Cock O'the North.
