I therefore chose a place I visited years ago, in late spring, which fascinated me in many ways. We're talking about the Caldara di Manziana (VT), with its sulfurous rises in the crater, still perfectly visible today, and the surrounding forest, characterized by a remarkable variety of plants and trees that are at their best in autumn.
