There, the PVC film is unwound and finely cut as it passes through the machine – the needles are created. To achieve the brownish coloring at the tips, a brown PVC strip is added in the center. 💡 PRODUCTION OF THE MAIN BRANCHES Next, we film the production of the main branches for Pure Living's artificial Christmas tree. The many secondary branches will later be attached to these branches, so they need to be more stable. Here, two thick steel wires and PVC film are fed into the machine and twisted together. The PVC film is only twisted into two wires, which holds rock solid – no adhesive is needed. They are automatically cut and fall into the box. 💡 PRODUCTION OF THE TIPS Using this machine, we film the production of the tips for the artificial Christmas tree. Here, too, wires and previously cut PVC film are automatically unwound and twisted. However, the wires are now significantly thinner. 💡 SNOW-COVERED TIPS Pure Living also offers Nordmann firs with a snow-covered look. Here, the individual tips are glued on by hand with a brush and then dipped in artificial snow. They are then allowed to dry briefly before being transported via a slide to the production line. 💡 ASSEMBLING THE BRANCHES This is where the previously produced parts are joined together. The individual tips are stapled to the main branches, creating our first fully finished branches. 💡 WEDDING: MAIN BRANCHES AND TRUNK In the final production step, the main branches are attached to the steel trunk. This also uses the wire wrapping technique. We start at the top of the tree, where only individual tips and branches are attached. Then the large main branches are attached, creating the finished tree. 💡 PACKING IN THE WAREHOUSE In the warehouse, the fully lined boxes are now loaded with the stands, assembly instructions, storage bags, and finally, the tree parts. The box is stapled shut, the Pure Living sticker is applied, and thus, an artificial Christmas tree is produced.
