Medtronic 670G experience
Typo at 31 seconds. I said kidneys and should have said liver. I've been wearing the 670G since Spring 2017 and it has been a big improvement to my Type 1 Diabetic control. I felt that sharing a little bit about it would be helpful. It's features have helped eliminate nearly all low blood sugars since it predicts and suspends insulin delivery (basal rate) prior to going low. It also does a great job helping to maintain normal blood sugar by modulating (basal) rate delivery. I can't stress enough how much of an improvement this pump and it's features have made to my T1D control. It has also relieved the risk of periods of distraction from your T1D. It's got your back. JDRF research funding played a major role in the development and availability of this product in the US. It's unusual for the US and the FDA to beat the rest of the world in developments like this. Thank you Medtronic and JDRF.
