It is the best option where you reach either from Kathmandu or from Simikot. The helicopter is not allowed to land in Kailash, so it is still at the Hilsa of Nepal – Tibet border. We walk for 30 minutes to catch our bus or Minu bus on the Tibet side way to Taklakot, which is also known as Purana city in Nangri region. Then drive 195 KMS to reach in holy Manasarovar Lake from Taklakot. This is the shortest route to reach Kailash Manasarovar Lake & can be convenient for busy pilgrims. A short flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj or reach Nepalgunj, stay overnight in Nepalgunj. The next day morning will have a scheduled flight to Simikot, after the formalities of Immigration, then we take a Helicopter to the Hilsa Nepal-Tibet border Nepal side. After the immigration process of Tibet, we continue to drive to Taklakot. This is the best and shortest route to reach Tibet for Kailash Yatra.
