We Can Ah Kick A Ba

As the World Cup kicks off today, we're celebrating the vibrancy and diversity of languages in Dundee's Primary Schools. Visiting 5 schools in 2 days, we recorded over 250+ children saying We Can A Kick A Ba in over 35 languages! What an incredible moment to bring together so many people🤩 On Thursday 11 June, we also gave every primary school child in Dundee a 'Fandana', a protective bandana that protects children's skin from the sun while playing outside. These Fandanas (Fan Bandanas) were beautifully designed by school pupils to celebrate the World Cup, so every child in Dundee has an item of clothing connecting them to this huge world event. The kids will wear these Fandanas when they all play a game of football at exactly the same time in every primary school, because after all, We Can Ah Kick A Ba! Love the look of the Fandana?
